Welcome to NOLA AI, Inc. (“NOLA AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 8. Fees, Billing and Payment

If you subscribe to paid features or plans:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees;
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated;
• NOLA AI may change pricing upon notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

NOLA AI may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NOLA AI DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOLA AI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL NOLA AI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO NOLA AI IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that all disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in New Orleans, Louisiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Privacy

15. Miscellaneous
